No. I'm not an attorney and I don't give legal advice or represent anyone. My programs teach you how credit and consumer rights work so you can advocate for yourself. If you need legal help, Tag Out connects you with independent attorneys for free.
Are you a CPA? Do you do certified audits?
No. I'm an accounting consultant with corporate accounting and audit experience, not a licensed CPA. The Scouting Report is a consulting review, not an audit opinion. If a lender, investor or grant requires audited or reviewed financial statements, Tag Out connects you with a licensed CPA firm.
Do you charge upfront fees to get me funded?
No. I'm not a lender or loan broker, and I don't charge fees to place loans. The Capital Drive is a readiness and education program: you pay for the work of getting your business lender-ready, and you choose and apply to any funding source yourself. No funding outcome is guaranteed.
Do you guarantee my score will go up?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I promise is a clear plan, real education and a coach who holds you accountable. Results vary by person.
Do I need to be in Florida?
No. Every program except in-person Locker Room sessions runs online, so you can join from anywhere.
